Tegray Scales Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers selected former USC linebacker Uchenna Nwosu with the 48th pick in the 2018 National Football League draft.

After transferring from Lackawanna College, White became a force to be reckoned with in his two seasons with Tony Gibson's DAWGS.

The Los Angeles Chargers needed to make their defense better than they were previous year, and their first-round selection in Derwin James is the improvement needed at safety and a steal at 17th overall.

A hybrid safety/linebacker, White was the 19th pick of the fourth round and No. 119 overall, representing the first time since 2011 that the Mountaineers did not have a player drafted in the top three rounds. He finished with 152 total tackles, five sacks, three interceptions and nine pass breakups. White played a couple different positions for the Mountaineers and expect him to do the same at the next level.
