Martinsville Cup race postponed to Monday due to snow

NASCAR was forced to postpone its event at Martinsville for Sunday due to snowy conditions.

The Truck Series race will resume at 11 a.m. Monday, followed by the Cup Series race at 2 p.m.

The precipitation got worse overnight and turned to legitimate snow, which caused NASCAR to push both races into next week.

Some areas saw one to three inches, with isolated areas getting more.
