Thursday Weather: Another Cooler Day
"10" on the Gaughan Gauge as we will be under partly cloudy skies with afternoon highs near 80°. Models like the idea of a transition to snow Tuesday night and into Wednesday. Thankfully, winds have died down, so the wind chill is quite minimal in many areas. Saturday will be slightly cooler as those afternoon clouds may keep high temperatures in the upper 40s, then we inch back up into the low and mid-50s on Sunday. Friday will see a mix of clouds and sun with temperatures only in the low 40s. We will see a dry and seasonable day with highs in the lower 40s. Take advantage of this weekend because we are looking at a major weather pattern shift by next week.
Tuesday we are stuck in the 30s for highs with another push of cold air on Thursday. High: Mid-upper 40s. Winds will be strong out of the northwest as well, gusting near 40 miles per hour through the afternoon.
Overview: Rain showers will taper off early this evening, with clearing skies and cold temperatures overnight. It will turn much colder and potentially stormy too.
Today: Sunny, breezy. Highs: Low to mid-50s.
Sunday: Sun and high clouds. Skies then clear out for Sunday afternoon with a warmer than average afternoon to close out the weekend. Rain chances remain at 60% with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms. Clouds will build quickly Tuesday and temps climb into the low 50s late in the day from a passing warm front.
