Mariah Carey will return to the scene of her infamous major malfunction in Times Square on New Year's Eve, agreeing to another performance this year for Dick Clark's Bew Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest.

"All I can say is Dick Clark was an incredible person and I was lucky enough to work with him when I first started in the music business", Carey told Entertainment Weekly.

Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve will begin on ABC at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018 marks the 46th anniversary of America's largest celebration of the year and will include five-and-a-half hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe.

The "All I Want for Christmas is You" singer joins Nick Jonas, Camila Cabello and Sugarland for the evening affair, hosted by Ryan Seacrest.

In a statement on November 4, Bulochnikov said: "After working together for nearly three years, Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov have determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management".

Ciara will host the Los Angeles festivities. She made her entry into the world of independent film with her landmark performance in "WiseGirls" starring alongside Academy Award victor Mira Sorvino and Melora Walters. Mariah went on to appear in Daniels' stellar ensemble piece "The Butler" (2013). "Here's to making more headlines in 2017".

But it also led to a public spat between the best-selling singer and Dick Clark Productions as to who was at fault.
