Hazard Says, He Improved After A Week Under Conte
The Belgian playmaker is set to make his first start of 2017/18 against Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup on Wednesday following an injury-disrupted pre-season.
The Belgian global has made three appearances for the Blues so far this season, with all of them coming from the bench.
Conte admits he's being cautious with Hazard's return as he wants to ensure his rehabilitation is managed properly after undergoing ankle surgery in the summer. But it is the same for Nottingham Forest. Conte is poised to heavily rotate his side as they contest with a hectic fixture schedule in the coming weeks.
"For sure, it could be a good opportunity for Charly and for Kenedy it is the same", said the Chelsea boss. I have watched a lot of their games, and they play good football'. Now he is ready to start the game.
"We are going to play".
'I think the most important thing for the players is to be open to receive new information.
"Even after a week I think I had progressed with him", said Hazard, whose form dipped alarmingly under Mourinho in the previous campaign after he starred in 2014/15 for the English champions. He is focused, he working very well and he understood his mistake.
He added of Musonda: "I'm sure that we are talking about a young player with a really good prospect because you can see Charly's talent very clearly".
'Now he's ready. He's ready to play and to show he deserves a space for the future'. I think he can continue to improve and become one of the best'.
"It's a physical league". But I think that everyone in their life can make a mistake.
"He is a bit thin but now he is working a lot to improve his strength and prepared for the big impact of this league. We have many young players in our squad, so it's important to take these chances and show me that I can count on them".
