Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Will Likely Be an Amazon India Exclusive

The competitive scenario this time is entirely different from past year when the Galaxy Note 7 debuted.

Galaxy Note 8 also features the S-Pen again.

The writer travelled to NY as a guest of Samsung Australia for the Galaxy Note 8 launch.

Another striking feature of the Note 8 will be its processor.

On the inside, the Galaxy Note 8 will be powered by Samsung's 10nm FinFET based Exynos 8895 SoC for its global variants, while the device will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 in the USA and Chinese market. The S Pen that will ship with the phablet is also sporting the Orchid Gray color.

For starters, the newly-improved S Pen will feature a finer tip and better pressure sensitivity than Samsung's preceding models, which tablet-based artists are sure to appreciate. It also will keep the water and dust away, the same as Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. Lastly, you can also watch on Samsung's official Facebook pages. The launch event will also be live streamed on Samsung India's English and Hindi website. So yes, we have one day to go until all of these leaks and rumors will be validated or proven wrong. "As a result, the Note 8 has successfully completed a rigorous series of device and battery safety compatibility test protocols", said Sajeev Jesudas, president of UL International, in a Samsung press release about the Note 8. It always includes an S Pen stylus and leaks specs to a dual-lens camera and 6GB of RAM specs.

Up front, the Samsung Galaxy Note is shown to feature the Infinity Display that is said to measure 6.3-inch with support for QHD+ resolution of 2,960×1,440 pixels. For more accurate pictures, similar to the Essential phone, the dual cameras may have a black-and-white sensor, apart from a colour sensor. But beyond that? Samsung's case for the Note as a distinct product line seems to be a losing one, and there's less than ever to help the Note stand out from the company's other premium handsets with this newest iteration.

The Galaxy Note 8 powered with Snapdragon is expected to arrive in the U.S. The Exynos chipset powered Note 8 is rumored to be available in the worldwide markets. It notes, "wide-angle one with an f/1.7 aperture and dual-pixel autofocus" while the other one could use an "f/2.4 telephoto one which enables 2x fixed zoom".

Customers who order the phone from Best Buy starting August 24th will save $150 on their purchase on top of Samsung's freebies.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 unsurprisingly comes with the latest hardware, which is either the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 platform or the Exynos 8895, depending on the region.
